Consulting contract for biodiversity information system ORA (BOL)

ACTO opens the selection process to hire a Consultant to “Determine the investments that will allow articulating and strengthening the National Biodiversity Information System to other information systems at the national and subnational level with the Amazon Regional Observatory of ACTO”.

Funding Source: Resources will be provided by the Regional Project for the management, monitoring and control of wildlife species threatened by trade (Bioamazonia Project) – Financial Cooperation between Germany and ACTO through the German Development Bank – KfW, on behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ), in Component 1: National and regional information and knowledge management systems.

Submission of documents: Interested parties should send all documents according to ANNEX I of the Terms of Reference (ToR) as well as the Declaration of Commitment in attachment to: selecao@otca.org until May 29, 2020 at 6:00 pm (Brasilia time). Write in the email subject: Bolivia – MMAyA – Componente 1: Consultoría Sistema de Información MNHN.

The value of the financial proposal must be submitted in US dollars (USD), including taxes and social charges. The value cannot exceed USD 20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars).

The validity period of the proposal must be 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
The contracting of services shall be carried out completely and exclusively to a single consulting firm, with resources from the above mentioned project, and may not be referred to other firms or individuals.

Payment shall be made in USD (United States dollars), by bank transfer, by prior issuance of an invoice, to the account indicated by the consulting firm. The method of payment shall be set out in the Contract in the payment clause and shall be made in accordance with the delivery and approval of the products.
